Terms of Service

Everystone Co., Ltd. provides a technology and orchestration platform: digital records and passports for gemstones, verification orchestration, and a private sale-desk. Storage is provided by licensed vault operators under their own agreements with you; laboratory services by the respective labs. Platform transactions settle through escrow, with Everystone acting as the arbiter of documented evidence in disputes. Privacy & KYC/AML

We verify the identity of every owner and buyer (KYC) and screen transactions under applicable AML rules; custody-tier clients additionally provide source-of-funds declarations. Owner identities are never shown on public passport pages. Personal data is processed under Thailand's PDPA. To run the service and support deals we keep a first-party log of account activity — sign-ins, the steps taken in your cabinet and the stone pages you open while signed in — on our own servers; traffic on the public site is counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. Passport Terms

The Everystone Passport is a verified record. It reflects legal title established under Thai law (warehouse receipt / storage agreement, Civil and Commercial Code §775–796); it does not itself create or transfer title. The custody guarantee (✔✔✔) applies only while the stone is under vault control and lapses on release. Verification statuses record the result and date of a specific check, not a perpetual warranty.
