The legal mechanism, in plain language
Your title does not depend on Everystone
When your stone enters a vault, the vault issues a warehouse receipt under the Thai Civil and Commercial Code (§775–796). That receipt — not our database — establishes your ownership. The Everystone passport reflects that title and keeps it verifiable; it does not create it. If Everystone disappeared tomorrow, your stone would still sit in a licensed vault, in your name, under Thai law.

KYC/AML from day one
Every owner and every buyer is identity-verified before a deal. Source-of-funds declarations apply at custody tier. We operate no nominee arrangements of any kind.
