Everystone

The Sale-Desk

A private desk, not a marketplace.

A concierge exit through vetted buyers: no public listing wall, no price race. Verified stones, escrow on every deal, and a flat commission that undercuts the auction spread.

How a sale runs

From decision to settlement

  1. 01

    You decide to sell

Set your price and horizon; Everystone reviews the ask against the documented valuation.

  2. 02

    Visible to vetted buyers

Your stone is shown privately to KYC-verified buyers — never on a public wall.

  3. 03

    Offer & escrow

The buyer pays into escrow; funds are held until the inspection window closes.

  4. 04

    Settlement

You receive proceeds minus a flat commission. For vaulted stones, title transfers in the passport — the stone never moves.

The math

What the exit actually costs

Typical auction~10% seller + ~25% buyer's premium (≈35% total)
Online marketplaces10–15%, unverified buyers, shipping risk
Everystone sale-desk5% seller (7–8% under $10k) + 3–7% buyer premium, escrow included

A buyer's premium is your money too — it comes out of what a buyer will pay for your stone. Everystone's is 3–7% by deal value, against an auction's ~25%, so far less of your stone's worth is lost to the spread.

Vetted buyers only

Every buyer passes KYC before seeing an asking price. Serious enquiries, no tourists.

Escrow on every deal

Funds are held by the platform until the buyer confirms — with an inspection window and independent checks on request.

Sight-unseen from the vault

Tier 2 stones sell without leaving custody: the buyer relies on the continuously verified passport, and title transfers on paper.

Discovery on Everystone is a byproduct of the passport registry, not the product. We take a commission where we actually made the match — and stay out of deals you source yourself.
